Once again, this year we are hosting our AGM over the internet/phone. Please review your email inbox for an invite from Mellissa.  It will contain the computer link for the meeting coming later.

 

Please take the time to review the reports provided below prior to the call. We will try to make the process as easy as possible, including the voting process. When we get to those pieces of business requiring voting, we will be asking for those who CAN NOT support the motions to make themselves known. We will ask people to un-mute themselves when the motions are made to provide responses.

You can join the meeting 1 of 3 ways, via computer/tablet, smart phone or regular telephone. If you have someone who can assist you to join via a computer/cell phone, have them email stfrancis@mymts.net and Melissa will send them the invitation to the call.
